For a 1 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $41,450*
For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $47,350*
For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $*53,250
For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $59,150*

To qualify for a 60% Area Medium Income Apartment: 
For a 1 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $49,740*
For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $56,820*
For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $63,900*
For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $70,980*
