For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $61,050*
For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $67,800*
To qualify for a 60% Area Medium Income Apartment:
For a 1 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $57,000*
For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $65,100*
For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $73,260*
For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $81,360*
